POS 359--The Current Supreme Court Term
In class today, Thursday 1/21, we started with a discussion of the commerce clause cases of U.S. v. Lopez, 514 US 549 (1995) and U.S. v. Morrison, 529 U.S. 598 (2000). We then continued and finished our discussion of the Comstock oral argument. The assignment for Tuesday 1/26 is to read and prepare to discuss the case of Wood v. Allen, decided January 20, 2010.
