POS 282--Intro. To American Law
In class today, Monday 3/19, I returned the Williams papers. I discussed 2 additional Maine Supreme Court tort cases. Then we discussed the Williams case. The assignment for Monday 3/26 is to read Chapter 6 of the text. Then read and prepare to discuss a recent U.S. Supreme Court case, Kelo v. New London.
